Nuvaxis Solutions ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it's handled. It covers this site only — it isn't a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed policy for a specific jurisdiction, and we recommend legal review before relying on it for regulatory compliance (e.g. CCPA, GDPR).
What we collect
This site has no contact form, no chat widget, and no cookies or local storage — we don't collect any personal information directly through it.
- Emailing or calling us: the "Email us" and "Call us" links open your own email or phone app. Anything you send that way — your address, number, and whatever you write — goes to us directly through your provider, not through this website.
- Fonts and icons: this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and icon assets from a CDN (jsDelivr) so the page displays correctly. Loading these sends your browser's IP address and basic technical details to those providers, under their own privacy policies.
- Hosting logs: like virtually every website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance. We don't use these for tracking or marketing.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or sell any data to data brokers.
How we use it
Since we don't collect anything directly through this site, there's nothing of yours for us to use unless you choose to email or call us. If you do, we use what you send only to respond to your inquiry and follow up about the service you asked about. We don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we don't share it with third parties except service providers we use to run our business (e.g. email hosting), who are bound to use it only to provide that service.
How long we keep it
We keep records of emails and calls for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you — typically just what you've sent us directly — ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
